Story of GCK, LLC:
“Over the years, I’ve been blessed to have an extremely large family. As a child, we’d celebrate holiday dinners, birthdays, anniversaries and many other wonderful events together as a family. After returning to my “home state” of New York in 2003, several family members either moved away or many had passed on. In an effort to preserve the sense of togetherness and community we once had as a family I initiated Sunday Dinner. This was a venue for not only relatives, but friends, neighbors and friends of relatives to participate in good company, good food and relaxation prior to beginning the work week. It also gave the young ones the opportunity to learn and grow with their cousins, aunts, uncles and Grandma."
Nothing in this world has been more important to Grandma than the love of her three children and now their many offspring… her grandchildren. As a tribute to all her hard work, determination and love I created Grandma’s Catering Kitchen, LLC to combine Grandma’s two greatest loves/passions: family and cooking.
